Лог изменений:
Version 0.1.2
Fixed interactivity with Live Wallpapers (I still hate those things, but oh well)
Fixed the bug where pressing the home button after opening the SMS app triggered the screen previews
New feature: You can now do a pinch gesture to bring up the screen previews! Simply pinch the screen and the previews will appear. Your phone must support multi-touch in order for this to work. The sensitivity of the gesture might need some tweaking, please let me know how it’s working for you in the comments.
Version 0.2.0
Fixed missing highlights when navigating app drawer with trackball/dpad.
Fixed bug where some widgets would sometimes get dragged when doing a pinch gesture.
Fixed force close problems when pressing a shortcut on some devices. (Haven’t been able to test this since I can’t reproduce the bug, but it should work)
New: Added a button on the app drawer to go back to the home screens.
New: Added options for 4 and 6 home screens. Now you can choose anywhere from 3 to 7 screens.
New: Option to auto-rotate the launcher to landscape mode when the device is rotated.
New: Option to have the Home key on your device take you to your default home screen instead of showing the previews. If you’re already on the default screen, it will bring up the previews.
Version 0.3.0
Performance, stability, and memory usage improvements.
Fixed the bug where the Search option on the menu didn’t do anything.
Dock shortcuts now stay in their place when rotating the phone (leftmost shortcut stays at the bottom instead of moving to the top, etc.)
Custom dock shortcuts – Long-press any of the four shortcuts and you’ll be able to choose a new shortcut to replace it. You can add any type of shortcut; applications, contacts, direct dials, music playlists, and more!
Option to restore default settings in the Preferences screen (useful if you want to revert to the default dock shortcuts.)
Version 0.4.0
Performance improvements
Tweaked some settings to keep LauncherPro from being touched by most Task Killers. This should solve a lot of force close problems some people had with 0.3.0.
Added a few tweaks which may solve force close issues that some people have been having with some widgets. I can’t seem to get any force closes no matter how many widgets I add, remove, and move, so I cannot test whether these tweaks actually solve these issues.
Increased the speed of the animation when opening the app drawer just a little bit. Soon you’ll be able to customize the speed to your liking
Added option to hide status/notification bar. When it’s hidden, you can bring it up from the menu.
Added option to hide/show the home button on the app drawer. This gives you a cleaner look and more icons on the screen. You can press the back button on your phone to exit it.
Added option to hide icon labels on home screens.
New ”Drop to Uninstall” feature. Simply drag an app over to the trash can and hold it there for two seconds, you’ll see a ”Drop to uninstall” message pop up.
Added ability to remove/hide dock shortcuts. Long-press on the shortcut that you want to remove and select ”Blank”. If you want to bring it back, long press on the area where the shortcut was and set a new shortcut
New dock icon customization options. When you set a dock shortcut, you’ll now get a popup with three options. Default icon to use the application’s default icon. LauncherPro icons to choose from one of the LauncherPro-style (translucent) icons. Custom icon lets you choose any image from your gallery to use as an icon.
LauncherPro-style icons for: phone, contacts, messaging, browser, email, gmail, market, talk, and music. More icons coming soon.
Added missing highlights (when focused or pressed) to non-LauncherPro dock shortcuts
Version 0.4.1
Just a bug fix update, the ”Hide Icon Labels” option wasn’t working on v0.4.0. Please update to v0.4.1.
Version 0.4.2
Fixed problem in Android 2.2 where the ”Restart LauncherPro” option wouldn’t restart the app.
Fixed missing status bar when set to hide notification bar and Notifications was opened from menu.
Fixed wallpaper shifting down a few pixels when unlocking the screen.
When set to hide notification bar, the status bar will be shown when you press the menu button on your phone. This lets you see what kind of notifications you have, wifi status, etc.
New ”Advanced settings” screen within the preferences. This will include some settings for those of you who like to tweak.
New: Option to choose the number of icons per row in both portrait and landscape mode. The options are 4 and 5 for portrait mode, and from 4 to 8 in landscape mode. (Advanced settings)
New: Option to have a 4Ч5 grid on homescreens instead of the default 4Ч4. Please note this is experimental. It only works with widescreen devices and in portrait mode. In any other scenario you’ll probably end up with icons and widgets overlaying each other. (Advanced settings)
New: Now you can choose a background for the shortcut dock. For now there are three options; No background, Glass shelf, and Froyo-style. More backgrounds coming in future releases.
Version 0.4.3
New ”Froyo wide” background for the dock. It’s the same as the Froyo background but it covers all five icons in the dock.
Next/Previous screen shortcuts with dot screen indicators (like on Nexus One/Froyo). Long-press on a dock icon and choose ”Homescreens” to access this feature.
Version 0.4.4
In 0.4.3, I increased the scrolling speed a bit which caused a bit of lag for some users. I’ve set it back to the way it was before. Will add an option to choose scrolling speed soon.
Improved the code for the Nexus One dots. They should perform a bit better.
New Elastic scrolling option: this lets you enable or disable the elastic or ”bounce back” effect when scrolling through homescreens. (Advanced settings)
New app drawer opening speed option: Here you can tweak the speed of the opening/closing effect for the app drawer. Zero is the slowest, 10 makes it appear/disappear instantly. (Advanced settings)
Version 0.5.0
Fixed description of ”Opening Speed” preference
Fixed (hopefully) problem when setting the drawer opening speed to 10
New 3D app drawer. This feature is EXPERIMENTAL. It probably has some bugs and uses more memory than the 2D drawer, so it might cause some instability. Use at your own risk. To enable it, go to Preferences > Advanced settings > Use 3D drawer.
Version 0.5.1
A small bug fix release, v0.5.1 is on the Market and fixes a bug in 0.5.0 that made scrolling to the right slower than to the left.
Version 0.5.2
Support for scrollable widgets like Pure Messenger.
Option to disable wallpaper scrolling. This will keep your wallpaper centered at all times.
New icon ”glow” highlights. When you press/select an icon on a homescreen or the app drawer, they will show a glow around the icon instead of the usual yellow/orange box. You can disable this in the preferences.
Option for high quality scrolling. This will keep your icon and widget graphics in high quality while scrolling. Be warned this will reduce scrolling smoothness though.
Option to set minimum scrolling speed. The homescreen scrolling speed depends on how fast you swipe your finger. This will let you set a minimum speed, so that even if you swipe your finger slowly, LauncherPro will scroll *at least* as fast as your minimum scrolling speed.
Option to set screen previews opening speed. Lets you tweak the speed of the screen previews opening/closing animation effect.
Option to have 2 homescreens. You can now choose from 2 to 7.
Made the background of open folders translucent. Also fixed a small visual glitch in open folders’ header graphic.
New LauncherPro style icons for Maps, Navigation, Twitter and Facebook.
Version 0.5.3
Some users have reported a drop in smoothness in build v0.5.2. I suspect the new scrollable widget support might be the culprit, so I’ve created a new build (0.5.3) that lets you toggle support for these widgets on or off.
It’s disabled by default, so if you’re using scrollable widgets, please go to Preferences and check ”Enable scrollable widgets”.
For those of you not using scrollable widgets, hopefully this will solve the smoothness problem.
Version 0.5.4
Just a small bugfix update, I left some pre-production code in 0.5.3 that shouldn’t be there and could cause higher memory usage and slower speeds.
Version 0.6.0
Fixed the bug where the app drawer’s home button would show for a second after coming back from an application.
Fixed screen previews when choosing to have 2 homescreens
Fixed some folder-related bugs when 5-row option is selected.
New screen indicator (optional). If you’re not using the homescreen dots in your dock, you can choose do display a small indicator at the bottom of the screen to know on which homescreen you are. You can enable it in the preferences
New: The app drawer button is now a regular dock shortcut. That means you can change its position, change its icon, or remove it entirely.
New: The dock has grown! Swipe the dock to the left (down in landscape) to reveal 5 additional shortcut spaces. Now swipe it again for 5 more! That makes a total of 15 shortctus. You can add the app drawer button on the new dock spaces by long-pressing on one and choosing “App Drawer”.
New: Option to keep LauncherPro in memory. When you’re running low on memory, the system usually kills LauncherPro, so next time you open it, it has to reload all widgets and icons which takes a few seconds. This option should keep the system from killing LauncherPro. If you experience any troubles with it, please disable it on the settings.
Version 0.6.1
The preferences screen was getting a bit crowded, so I’ve arranged it into different screens. There will be some more rearranging in the next releases to try and keep it as tidy as possible.
The new “Keep in Memory” option was giving lots of trouble and force closes, so I’ve disabled it in 0.6.1. If you’d like to use that feature, please re-enable it manually in the preferences.
New option to enable/disable dock scrolling
New option to enable/disable loop scrolling on the dock. This means that when you reach the end, you can still scroll to go to the first set of shortcuts.
The set of dock shortcuts on the far right has been moved to the far left, so now what was the leftmost dock is in the middle (and is still the default dock).
Version 0.6.2
Small bugfix release, I accidentally left some code in 0.6.1 that kept the 3D drawer from scrolling.
Version 0.6.3
Removed some useless memory usage in the dock. Should improve stability.
Fixed a bug when scrolling to a dock that had all its shortcuts set to Blank.
Fixed a force-close issue when installing/updating/uninstalling apps from the Market. I haven’t been able to reproduce this problem so I’m not 100% sure it’s fixed, but it should be.
Fixed force-close when choosing custom dock icons on certain phones (mainly HTC Sense phones)
Fixed force-close when scrolling the app drawer before it had finished opening (I think that was only a problem on Android 2.2).
Added a “Motorola Droid hack” option under General Settings inside the preferences. If you have a Motorola Droid or Milestone, you should check this for improved scrolling performance. If you’re running a custom ROM, you might want to check the performance with this on and off, if there’s no visible difference in scrolling smoothness, disable it.
Fixed the dockbar sometimes randomly switching to a non-default dock, even if dock scrolling is disabled.
Fixed the dockbar switching to the default dock on orientation change.
New option to select the number of docks. You can choose 1, 2, or 3 docks.
The “Enable dock scrolling” option has been removed. If you want to disable dock scrolling, set the number of docks to 1.
New option to use your phone’s trackball to switch homescreens. It’s under Homescreen Settings in the preferences.
Version 0.6.4
Fixed some force-close issues when removing packages from the Market in Froyo
Improved some code which should make screen rotations a little bit faster. Please note that android KILLS the homescreens when rotating, so all widgets, icons, etc. have to be redrawn. That’s just how Android works.
New “Memory Usage Settings” screen on the preferences.
New option to disable homescreen caches.
New option for normal, compressed, and light homescreen caches.
New option: outline highlights. These are like the glow highlights only they are a solid outline around the icon, so they are more visible than the glow highlights. You can choose between Classic, Glow, and Outline highlights under Appearance Settings on the preferences.
Version 0.6.4
Now you can quickly and easily see how many missed calls / unread SMS messages you have by just glancing at the dock.
